Can I redirect mail to or from a PO Box®? You can redirect mail from a PO Box for a maximum of six months in its entirety and the box must be active for the duration of the service. The PO Box must remain open during the Redirection period. You can redirect to a PO Box for up to four years.

When your mail has your previous address on it, it won't go to your previous address, instead it will go to your new address.
