Can I change my DPD collection?
Of course, with DPD you can change the collection date as long as no attempt to collect has already been made. For this, all you need to do is get in touch via the help centre. In general, collection requests should be made 24 hours in advance.
The driver will make one delivery attempt. You're not there? The driver will try to deliver your parcel to your neighbour or at a Pickup parcelshop, so that you may receive your parcel as soon as possible but not later than 7 days.
How many attempts do DPD make?
If you are sending a parcel to a business address, the driver will attempt to deliver the parcel a maximum of three times. The last attempt will only take place by appointment. If it still was not possible to deliver the parcel, the parcel will send back to the sender.

Does DPD charge for redelivery?
