Can I collect my DX item from your depot? For certain DX services we do offer the option to you to collect your DX item from one of our depots. If you have a tracking number you may be eligible to book a redelivery for your item.

DX provides a wide range of delivery services that include parcel freight, secure, courier and logistics to both business and residential addresses across the UK and Ireland. Established in 1975 and based in Berkshire, the Group operates through two divisions, DX Express and DX Freight.
What if I miss my DX delivery?
For our signature service options, if our courier is unable to obtain a signature, he/she will post a calling card through the letterbox and follow the redelivery process.
Delivery will be attempted within the Next Working Day after collection, making this an expedited courier service. We cannot specify an exact time, but the DX courier will arrive between 8 am to 6 pm.

The DX Exchange service provides pre-9am next working day delivery as standard. For additional peace of mind, DX provides tracked delivery services for DX Members which offer tracking for your most important documents and parcels.

Can I refuse a DX delivery?
You can refuse the courier delivery upon the driver's arrival at the designated address. All you have to do is let the courier know you refuse the delivery and provide a valid reason for it.26-Feb-2020
Do all DX Courier packages require a signature upon delivery? No. Packages can be sent via our Track Only service, if chosen by the sender, which means our driver will confirm delivery without the recipient having to sign.

How long does DX take to deliver passport?
DX can arrange the collection of items from Customers (between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday) for onward delivery to the US Embassy, and the Customer shall allow 4 working days for the item to reach the US Embassy.
