Does Ninja Van work on weekends?
Ninja Van operates from Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 10 PM (Excluding Public Holidays).

How do I track my Ninja van driver?
Simply enter the Valid Tracking ID you wish to check in the space provided above and click Track Package. If the Tracking ID is valid, you will be directed to the Tracking Page with the details of your delivery. At the top of the page is where you can see the estimated delivery date.

How do I get my parcel from pick locker?
You will receive a SMS/Email when your parcel is ready for collection at the chosen Pick locker station. At the Pick locker station, click on Collect Parcel. Key in the Parcel Collection PIN sent to your SMS/Email. Collect your parcel and remember to close the door properly before you leave!
