You can return your JD Sports order for free with Collect+ delivered by Yodel. All you need to do is select 'Collect+ delivered by Yodel' as your preferred drop off location when you get to the JD returns portal and you're ready to make your return.
Standard Delivery takes three (3) to seven (7) working days. Next Day Delivery for the next day if you order before 8pm (excludes Public / Bank holidays). You can track your order with the unique tracking number you got in our dispatch email.

Do I need bags for click and collect?
Please have bags or a suitable container ready for when your shopping arrives or during your collection slot. If you are shielding, we would ask that you leave bags outside your door so that the driver can transfer your shopping into your bags for you.
We'll return it to our warehouse if you don't collect it within 10 days. Once it arrives in our warehouse we'll process a refund for you back to your original method of payment.
Can you collect click and collect early?
You can order your deliveries or Click+Collect up to 3 weeks in advance however Delivery Saver customers can do this 4 weeks in advance.
