Can I Put a Hold on My UPS Deliveries? When you sign into UPS.com, you can use UPS My Choice to request a hold on your deliveries in a few different ways: We can hold onto your package and deliver it once you're back in town. You can request we leave your package with a neighbor.
If you know you'll be away from home for a few days, you can also use UPS My Choice to request we hold all deliveries until your return. You choose to pick them up at a nearby location or have us deliver them once you're back in town.
What is included with UPS My Choice?
UPS My Choice® lets you decide how, where and when home deliveries occur to fit your schedule. Get estimated arrival and progress alerts. Delivery change options allow you to change a delivery address or hold at a UPS location where available.
An adult must sign for these packages at the time of delivery. You can also use your UPS InfoNotice number online to request a hold on eligible packages. In addition, My Choice members can use the Delivery Planner to request a hold.
Is UPS delivery hold free?
The UPS hold service is free to use for up to 7 days. If you want to get your package delivered to another location or another day there are extra charges unless you are a premium UPS, My Choice member.16-Jul-2020
