Can you track an EE delivery?
What orders will I be able to track? At this time, we can only provide tracking for orders that include a pay monthly device. If you've ordered a pay as you go phone or device, or an EE SIM, your order should arrive within 48 hours. Keep an eye out for text or email updates from us.
To track an order, you'll need your order number You'll find your order number in the confirmation email we send after you place an order online, in store or over the phone.
What delivery company do EE use?
For other orders, once we've received your items from the manufacturer we do our best to get them to you within 24 hours. Do EE deliver phones on a Sunday?

When can I expect my router or TV box? We'll email and text you when your equipment's on its way and give you a reference number with a link, so you can track it online. Your equipment should arrive within three working days of your order.
How long does it take for EE to confirm order?

How are EE SIM cards delivered?
It's just normal post. All it is is a cardboard folder holding the SIM.18-Nov-2020
Delivery of a MATE SIM card(s) generally takes between 2 – 10 business days once shipped, depending on your location. SIM cards can be delivered to a PO Box if this is requested before shipment occurs.
How long will it take for my SIM to arrive?

Orders below £20 are by Royal Mail untracked post. Any order over £20 is sent recorded delivery using Royal Mail or other couriers.
Does EE have next day delivery?
We aim to make contact within 24 hours of the order being placed. Your order was placed after 8.30pm: If your order was placed after this time, or after 7.30pm on Sundays, it'll miss our warehouse's dispatch for next-day delivery. You'll receive notification of the delivery date when you place your order.
Do DPD deliver on Saturdays? Yes. Once you book your delivery on the day before (Friday), you have several Saturday delivery service options to choose from.
Does DPD call before delivery?
As a general rule, the delivery driver will not contact you before carrying out the delivery. For this reason, it is important to track your parcel in order to find out as soon as possible if delivery has failed (incomplete address, absent recipient, etc.).

What is the earliest DPD deliver?
The delivery times vary each day from around 8am to 6pm. Drivers in other countries all deliver from Monday to Friday.
