How does the DPD app work?
Parcels are matched to your mobile phone number or email address and your delivery address. Parcels that are delivered by DPD UK or DPD Local are shown. In-flight options are made available so you can choose to change delivery to a neighbour, pay for an upgrade, leave safe or send to a DPD Pickup shop.
Not only will your customers receive a one hour delivery timeslot, but they'll now also be able to track the progress of their parcels on a map as our drivers make their way to the delivery addresses. Follow My Parcel will: Display the location of our driver in relation to the delivery address.

What happens when you miss a DPD delivery?
The driver will make one delivery attempt. You're not there? The driver will try to deliver your parcel to your neighbour or at a Pickup parcelshop, so that you may receive your parcel as soon as possible but not later than 7 days.

Does DPD do cash on delivery?
Depending on the Delivery Country as specified on the website of the Delivery Service Provider at www.dpd.com, cash-on-delivery Parcels are delivered exclusively against payment of the price of the goods and any other duties and taxes where applicable.

How do you find out what your DPD parcel is?
If you want to know where your DPD parcel is you can monitor it with Track & Trace. Use your 14-digit parcel number or your reference number for this. Have your plans changed? Then you can easily adjust the delivery online.

How do I track my DPD parcel UK?
How do I track my package? All you need is the unique parcel ID or reference number which will be on your confirmation email. Simply type this number into the relevant page and click 'track my parcel' and you'll be able to see if it has been dispatched, in transit or delivered.
Most often when a parcel's tracking has stopped updating, it is simply due to a small delay in the delivery, or a delay in the tracking system registering the parcel's progress. However, if your parcel tracking has stopped for more than two or three days, there could be complications with the delivery itself.
Does DPD text before delivery?
DPD will send delivery updates by text. You'll get a text: the day before the delivery, including tracking information and an the option to rearrange. on the morning of the delivery - you'll get a one-hour scheduled delivery time (e.g. between 12.24 and 13.24) and the name of the DPD driver.
You can delete your account with a few clicks of the mouse either in myDPD and in our app (Profile). If you use a different portal, please get in touch with your DPD contact person.
What is a DPD push notification?
A push message informs you (as the recipient) about the status of the delivery. Our Live-Tracking function shows you exactly where your parcel is. In addition, you can store your preferred parcelshop for delivery. Of course, you can also send your parcels directly via our app. Try it out right away.

How many parcels do DPD drivers deliver a day?
You will deliver 120 stops on average everyday without fail, 120 stops could be anywhere from 130-170 parcels of ALL shapes and sizes! The van is loaded to the roof.
Do DPD deliver on Saturdays? Yes. Once you book your delivery on the day before (Friday), you have several Saturday delivery service options to choose from.
Does DPD work on Sunday?
DPD's delivery operation will run between 9am and 5pm on Sundays, with our network of 52 nationwide depots also being open during these times.
