I'm sending goods to the Channel Islands. Do I need to complete a customs declaration form? Yes, any goods or gifts, with the exception of personal correspondence need a fully completed and signed customs declaration form. This includes Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney, Herm and Sark.
All items sent to Guernsey from the UK should also have a completed and signed customs declaration form (CN22 or CN23) attached in order to comply with customs requirements.
