Do Parcelforce do collections?

Collections are usually made between 7:00am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday, depending on the service selected. Saturday deliveries can only be booked for express9, 10, AM, 24 and 48 services.

What happens if I miss a Parcelforce collection?
Missed a parcel delivery? After an initial attempted delivery, we will automatically attempt redelivery on the next working day if we haven't left your item at your local Post Office or with a neighbour. You can arrange an alternative redelivery or pick up below.

Do you need a printer for Parcelforce collection?
You can use Parcelforce (collection service only) and the driver will bring labels to the collection point. When you process a quote, the services that do not require a printer can be found in the service descriptions listed under the service name. You can click here to obtain a quick quote.
When no one is available to accept the item, we will try and deliver the parcel to a neighbour, or to a local Post Office branch, where it will be held for 16 days. A card will be left informing the recipient of the attempted delivery and where the parcel can be collected from.
Does Parcelforce require signature?
To ensure the safe delivery of your parcel, we need a signature to confirm successful delivery. If there is nobody to receive the parcel, the driver will either attempt delivery to a neighbour or take your parcel to be securely held at the local Post Office or depot.

Who do Parcelforce deliver for?
Parcelforce Worldwide is a GLS Network Partner. An unrivalled road-based European network for day certain guaranteed deliveries. GLS consists of 23 parcel delivery companies covering 5 million kms in 42 countries across Europe.
We currently cannot give specific times for deliveries. We will attempt to deliver a maximum of 3 times, after which you will need to collect your parcel from the depot.
How long will Parcelforce hold a parcel for?
We will hold your parcel for 20 days, after which your parcel will be returned to sender.
Our driver has called to deliver your parcel, but was unable to get anyone at the address to sign for it. They will have left a card detailing what they have done with it and the next steps you need to take.
How many times do Parcelforce try to redeliver?
We will always attempt redelivery of a parcel twice, with the second attempt being the following working day (unless otherwise stated on the card left by our driver). If redelivery has been rearranged by the recipient this scan may appear on the website.
