Do you have to pay for Post Office redelivery?
We know you can't always get to your local delivery office to collect it, so we are happy to make a Redelivery: free to your own address. free to another address in your postcode area. or free to your local Post Office® branch.
For security reasons, without the card you can't collect the item from your local Customer Service Point or Post Office Counter. To arrange a Redelivery online you'll need to know the details of the delivery, including the name on the item, address, date the card was left and, if you have it, the item number.
How many times will Royal Mail attempt delivery?
We'll leave another Something for you card if there's nobody to accept the item. You can either: Book another Redelivery online for a date after the original attempt. Please remember we need two working days between attempted deliveries.

Does Royal Mail automatically ReDeliver?
You don't need to book a Redelivery or collect your mail if you've received a yellow card, we'll automatically try and deliver it again the next working day. If we still can't deliver it, then we'll leave a red 'Something for you' card and you can collect it or have it redelivered in the usual way.
When USPS says that a package was returned to sender, it means that the seller or sender received the package and have decided that it is undeliverable. This means that the package will be returned to the sender and the seller will be reimbursed in full.16-Apr-2022
Can I track a redelivery?
