If you have missed your parcel delivery, we will attempt to deliver it again the next day. In some cases where a signature is not required when receiving the parcel, it will be left in a safe delivery location which will be advised on the calling card.

Does Fastway work on Saturdays?
I want my parcel collected on Saturday / Sunday / bank holiday is that possible? We're unable to collect on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. We operate Monday to Friday only.
Generally this is no problem. Please track your parcel online and ensure that the parcel is in the depot. Be sure to check your depot collection opening times and bring Photo ID and proof of adress to collect your parcel.
Why can't I track my parcel on Fastway?
You must have a Fastway Tracking number provided by your supplier to track your parcel. We cannot track parcels based on Names, Addresses or phone numbers. If you don't have a tracking number please contact your supplier.11-Feb-2021
