Your tracking number should look like this 'AA123456789NZ', or for courier parcels '1005410001051701ASH003JS'. For non-courier parcels, there should be two letters at the beginning and end of the number sequence. To add multiple tracking numbers into the field, separate each number with a comma or a new line.16-Aug-2022

Why is my parcel tracking not updating?
Most often when a parcel's tracking has stopped updating, it is simply due to a small delay in the delivery, or a delay in the tracking system registering the parcel's progress. However, if your parcel tracking has stopped for more than two or three days, there could be complications with the delivery itself.
Go to informeddelivery.usps.com. Select “Sign Up For Free.” Enter your address to determine if it is eligible for Informed Delivery. If your address is not eligible, you may still create an account so you may use USPS Click-N-Ship® or Postal Store by following the prompts.
