Sending parcels to the USA? OCS in partnership with the United States Postal Service offers a 'signed-for' service at a very low price. A signature is always obtained so you can be certain your shipment has arrived with delivery usually taking 5 - 7 days.

Do I have to be home for OCS delivery?
If you choose Same-Day or Express Delivery at checkout, you will need to be home to receive your order and provide valid government-issued photo ID which proves you are 19 years of age or older.
If you select the Same-Day Delivery option, your order will arrive the same day between 5 p.m and 10:30 p.m. The cut-off time for Same-Day Delivery is 1:30 p.m. If you select the Express Delivery option, your order will arrive within three days between 5 p.m and 10:30 p.m.

How do I track my waybill number?
Your waybill number is your tracking number. It can be found in your email and sms notifications, which you will start receiving after the order has been finalised. Throughout your parcels journey you will get several reminders via email and mobile.
When you select Express Delivery at checkout, your order will be delivered within three days (including weekends) between 5 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.
Can I cancel an OCS order?
Open Close. Orders cannot be cancelled. Because our team assembles your order very soon after you place it, if you notice an error right after receiving your order confirmation, you should immediately call our customer service line at 1-888-910-0627 to see if the order can be changed.
