Customers must register with Parcel Motel before using our address – registration is FREE. For UK based retailers. Customers based in Ireland may use our UK address in Northern Ireland to receive their delivery from you.

If you are looking to send a time-sensitive parcel, choose our express service that guarantees delivery within one to two business days by 12PM. For shipments that are not urgent, choose our standard economy solution that's based on distance and takes up to three business days.
Does AddressPal work after Brexit?
AddressPal. In accordance with Section 18 of these Terms and Conditions, and due to BREXIT related and international customs law changes, An Post is making certain related necessary changes to its services as follows: New customers may only sign up for “AddressPal Home Delivery Service” option.
For our customers who registered before 2021, please note that Post Office/Collection Point AddressPal virtual addresses can no longer be used when importing items. From this date, your Post Office/Collection Point AddressPal virtual address can no longer be used when importing items.
