Collections are usually made between 7:00am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday, depending on the service selected. Saturday deliveries can only be booked for express9, 10, AM, 24 and 48 services.
Deliveries on a Saturday are between 7am and 2pm. However, if the sender has not chosen the Saturday delivery service, then we will deliver your parcel on Monday (except for Bank Holidays / Public Holidays).
