If you are sending a parcel through parcelforce.com you will be provided with a tracking number in your order confirmation email, or on the Post Office receipt if you have dropped it off at your local branch.

Does Parcelforce 48 require a signature?
To ensure the safe delivery of your parcel, we need a signature to confirm successful delivery. If there is nobody to receive the parcel, the driver will either attempt delivery to a neighbour or take your parcel to be securely held at the local Post Office or depot.

Do Parcelforce 48 deliver on Saturdays?
Collections are usually made between 7:00am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday, depending on the service selected. Saturday deliveries can only be booked for express9, 10, AM, 24 and 48 services.

Do Parcelforce leave parcels Post Office?
If you are not at home when the driver attempts to deliver, they will leave a card with the details of your local Post Office where your parcel is being securely held for you to collect from the next working day. You need to take the card and a proof of ID showing your delivery address to collect your parcel.

Why does Parcelforce take so long?

Does Parcelforce have live tracking?

All Parcelforce Worldwide UK services can be tracked, as can most of the international services except globalvalue and globaleconomy. Globalvalue and globaleconomy also have no delivery guarantee. The parcel numbers for these services start with CP.
What time does Parcelforce deliver UK?
Deliveries to UK recipients in UK zones 1-3 are usually made between 7:00am and 6:00pm Monday to Friday, depending on the service selected. A Saturday service is available to the majority of UK destinations for an additional fee of £12 per consignment. Deliveries are typically between 7:00am and 1:00pm.
Deliveries on a Saturday are between 7am and 2pm. However, if the sender has not chosen the Saturday delivery service, then we will deliver your parcel on Monday (except for Bank Holidays / Public Holidays).
Can I pick up my parcel from Parcelforce depot?
If you want to collect your parcel from one of our depots then please visit the depot locator locator for the address, directions and opening times. Your parcel will be ready for collection from the next working day.
We will hold your parcel for 20 days, after which your parcel will be returned to sender.
Do Parcelforce text before delivery?
We send an email or text to your customers to tell them when we plan to deliver their parcel. If this is not convenient, they can instruct us to deliver on a different day or to a different address (a neighbour or a post office).

What happens if I miss my Parcelforce delivery?
Missed a parcel delivery? After an initial attempted delivery, we will automatically attempt redelivery on the next working day if we haven't left your item at your local Post Office or with a neighbour. You can arrange an alternative redelivery or pick up below.
