How do I arrange a TNT pickup?
If you're exporting a shipment that will be paid for by a receiver with a TNT account number, you can book the shipment right away. Simply fill out the form below and click 'Create pickup request' at the bottom of the page. We'll then provide you with your shipping instructions, labels and booking number.
Fill out containers with cushioning material like bubble-wrap or polystyrene chips (available from most Post Office® branches). Write a return address on the item. Put a contact name, address and telephone number inside. Seal securely with nylon or vinyl tape along all edges and openings.

What is TNT number?
TNT Express, in general, allows for delivery before 6 pm. This is very good for documents, parcels, and pallets. Throughout Europe, TNT provides a service delivery within 1-3 working days. For international services, it really depends on the country.
Can I drop off a TNT package at FedEx?
However, you can only access TNT services by calling TNT customer service. I am a TNT customer and have a TNT package I would like to ship, but the TNT facility that I usually take these TNT shipments to is closed. Where can these be dropped off? FedEx can temporarily accept your TNT shipment.

Can someone else collect my parcel TNT?
Present these at the store counter and you will be able to sign to collect your shipment. Your photo ID must match the name and/or delivery address for your shipment. Can someone else collect my shipment on my behalf? Yes, your shipment can be collected by someone else on your behalf.

Can I send a parcel without box?
You must package your item properly - unpackaged items can be damaged in transit and damage other items around them. If your parcel is not in a box when your driver arrives to collect, they can refuse to take it.
A bag will not protect your items from the bumps and knocks which come with courier delivery. You should package your items properly for shipping; in a box, with adequate protection. If the collecting driver feels like your parcel has not been properly packaged they can refuse to collect it.
