Why is my Yodel tracking not working?
If you have had your parcel number for more than a day and there is no tracking information then please contact the sender to verify your parcel number is correct and that your parcel has been passed over to Yodel.
You can set up your Yodel account either on the website or by downloading and using the Yodel Parcel Tracker app is really easy simply click here and download the app. You can then store information about your delivery addresses, including preferred safe place and neighbour to deliver to.
Who is Yodel owned by?
Yodel is a delivery service company based in Liverpool, England. It was originally known as the Home Delivery Network, until it acquired the B2B and B2C operations of DHL Express UK and thereafter, rebranded itself as Yodel in May 2010. It is privately owned by the billionaire Frederick Barclay.
What time will my parcel be delivered? Parcels can be delivered anytime between 7am and 7pm Monday to Saturday, we do not offer timed delivery slots. We do make some deliveries to both our Yodel serviced Collect+ delivered by Yodel stores and customers' homes on Saturdays, but not business addresses.
How many parcels does a Yodel driver deliver a day?

Most often when a parcel's tracking has stopped updating, it is simply due to a small delay in the delivery, or a delay in the tracking system registering the parcel's progress. However, if your parcel tracking has stopped for more than two or three days, there could be complications with the delivery itself.
Is parcel ID the same as tracking number?
Your parcel tracking number is a unique code that allows us to track your parcel. It's usually between 8 and 20 digits long. You should have been sent a parcel number by your sender either when you ordered your goods, when your parcel was dispatched or on the day of delivery.
One of the ways is through the India Post SMS service. All you have to do for this is type send the typically 13-digit India Post tracking number via SMS on 166 or 51969. Alternatively, if you are online you can track your India Post delivery through the Ship24 website.

The English word yodel is derived from the German (and originally Austro-Bavarian) word jodeln, meaning "to utter the syllable jo" (pronounced "yo" in English). This vocal technique is used in many cultures worldwide.

What happens if my parcel is not delivered?
When a parcel cannot be delivered it will be held in storage at the carrier facilities. If the shipment is held in storage, you, the sender, will have to make the arrangements for the re-delivery within 24 hours.
