Can we activate deactivated FASTag?

Another way of reporting wrong toll deductions is through the FASTag portal of the concerned bank. Each bank has created a separate portal for FASTag where one can get complete information related to their FASTag. The complaint is reviewed based on merit, and the issuing bank will raise a chargeback.
What if FASTag sticker is damaged?
If the FASTag gets damaged, you can request the tag issuing bank for a replacement at an applicable charge. Broken windshield, wear & tear of tag, etc can be considered as different scenarios where you can opt for tag replacement.
