Does DTDC collect parcel from home?
Collect on Delivery (C.O.D.): For this product, the "invoice value" of the item dispatched is collected from the consignee at the time of delivery. To-Pay or Freight on Delivery (F.O.D.): For this product, the "courier or freight charges" of the consignment are collected from the consignee at the time of delivery.
A parcel moves through various hands & check points, both within & out of DTDC's line of control (Airlines/ loaders etc). Hence, we strongly recommend that you use sturdy, transit worthy packaging materials suitable for the parcel, to avoid any damage to the inner contents.
Will Dtdc provide packaging?
