What is a courier pick up?
Courier services provide fast pickup and delivery services, so they're great if you quick, secure transportation for high-value goods or urgent documents. In order to use a courier, you must schedule a collection time for a representative from the company to pick up your parcel.
If you are returning a product to us and have received a DHL pre-paid label from us, you can request a pick-up for the product by using DHL Express. When we send a DHL pre-paid label to you via email, there will be a PDF containing the DHL Waybill number on it. You will need this to schedule your pickup.
Can you give post to the postman?
Customers will be able to give First Class or Second Class stamped or online postage paid letters and small packets to their postman or woman for delivery instead of taking them to a post box or post office branch.
