How do I book a TNT shipment?
TNT has reinstated door to door pickup and delivery services to select postal codes across key cities in India for both domestic and international services. Prior to finalizing your shipment, please write to customerservice.in@tnt.com to know if the postal code in India is currently serviceable.

How do you arrange a TNT collection?
If you're exporting a shipment that will be paid for by a receiver with a TNT account number, you can book the shipment right away. Simply fill out the form below and click 'Create pickup request' at the bottom of the page. We'll then provide you with your shipping instructions, labels and booking number.
The consignment number is your permanent reference number for your shipment. It can be used to track your shipment at any time. Every shipment needs a consignment note with a unique TNT consignment number. It contains all the necessary details and accompanies your package through its journey.

TNT is a delivery company that delivers packages either world-wide or within a country by couriers. The company picks up parcels from the sender and then delivers them to the addressee.
How long does TNT delivery take?
TNT Express, in general, allows for delivery before 6 pm. This is very good for documents, parcels, and pallets. Throughout Europe, TNT provides a service delivery within 1-3 working days. For international services, it really depends on the country.

How do I contact TNT by phone?

What happens if you miss TNT delivery?
Yes. If you have received a "we missed you" card from our driver, please use the Re-delivery Service to reschedule delivery or arrange to pick up your pracel from our depot.
Choose from our range of time and day definite services to send documents, packages and freight to any location Australia-wide. If your customer needs your shipment by noon, or even 9am, you can count on us to deliver it.
How many delivery attempts do TNT make?
TNT deliveries are made are made during working hours on working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. TNT make three delivery attempts as standard. Although a signature is obtained for the majority of deliveries, TNT couriers can leave your parcel in a safe place such as in a porch or with a neighbour.
A signature is required for all deliveries, with a valid form of identification. If you are not going to be home when your document is due to be delivered, you can rearrange your delivery date on our track page.
Does TNT ship on weekends?
TNT will deliver on weekends and public holidays, but this service will attract a surcharge. Due to the capacity of certain aircraft, the size & weight of your consignment may vary the expected delivery date/time. Estimated transit times may not apply to the carriage of dangerous goods.
