Can I collect my parcel from Citylink?
A: There are two (2) options available if you miss a delivery: 1. Self-collect shipment at collection counter as stated in Attempted Delivery Note.
Like the other alternatives, the City Link Express courier tracking system is very accurate in locating packages.
Does Citylink deliver on weekend?
We begin our collections during normal working hours (Weekdays), 8.30am – 12.30pm (Saturday). No collection or deliveries on Sunday, public holidays and respective state holidays.

A: Yes. You can amend a ticket up to thirty minutes in advance of the date and time you are booked to travel. Please see the 'Manage my Booking' section at the top right of the Citylink website and enter your seven digit booking reference number. The website allows for three amendments to your reservation.
