Our new name is now TForce Freight. This will be a seamless transition for you, as UPS Freight assets and employees will continue to serve our customers as TForce Freight. TForce Freight is now a subsidiary of TFI International, one of the largest North American trucking companies.
In the interest of employee and customer safety, TForce Freight's Signature Required guidelines are temporarily being adjusted so consignees will no longer need to sign for TForce Freight Signature Required deliveries. Despite this adjusted process the driver will still need to make contact with the consignee.
