How do I track a UPS courier?
Go to ups.com, enter your tracking or InfoNotice number into the tracking area located on the left side of the screen, and select Track. You will be redirected to the Tracking Detail page. From the Tracking Detail page, add SMS notifications by selecting Request Status Updates.

Why won't UPS show where my package is?
Your package is still within the UPS network and, unless otherwise noted, should be delivered on the scheduled delivery date. Shipment movement information is captured each time a tracking label is scanned in the UPS delivery system.

Where does my package go if I not home?
If no one is available to accept your shipment at the delivery address, your driver will leave a door tag. Check the door tag to see if we delivered your package to a neighbouring address or for the tracking information and the date of the next delivery attempt.
If the shipment requires a direct or adult signature, then someone must be available to sign in person. If someone is not home to sign for a direct or adult signature, the courier will leave a door tag or reattempt delivery.
Does UPS deliver at night?
Other than time-definite air deliveries, shipments are generally delivered anytime between the hours of 9:00 am and 7:00 pm. (and sometimes later) to residences, and by close of business for commercial addresses. UPS cannot schedule a specific delivery time within that window.
