How does Drop & Go work?
What is Drop & Go? If you send parcels and other mail items often, the Post Office Drop & Go service lets you drop them off in branch and go. No queuing at the counter, scanning, weighing or labelling. We'll process your items the same day and charge your prepaid account, which you can manage online.
If you missed a delivery but lost the red 'Something for you' card you can still arrange a redelivery to either your home or an alternative local address. For security reasons, without the card you can't collect the item from your local Customer Service Point or Post Office Counter.
Can you collect missed Royal Mail same day?
