If you want to know where your DPD parcel is you can monitor it with Track & Trace. Use your 14-digit parcel number or your reference number for this. Have your plans changed? Then you can easily adjust the delivery online.

DPD will send delivery updates by text. You'll get a text: the day before the delivery, including tracking information and an the option to rearrange. on the morning of the delivery - you'll get a one-hour scheduled delivery time (e.g. between 12.24 and 13.24) and the name of the DPD driver.
What happens if my DPD parcel doesn't arrive?
If you haven't seen any new scans in Track and Trace for a few days, we would like to investigate the missing parcel. Inform the sender of your parcel that your parcel is missing so that they can start an investigation with our help.
Not going to be in? That's fine, we will automatically try to leave your parcel with your neighbour if you're not in. Not everyone gets on with their neighbours, so if you want to tell us your preferred neighbour, or a safe place at your property, enter your reference number here and see your options.
How can I check my package status?
Enter the USPS tracking number (to find it, simply look at the bottom of a shipping label) in the search bar; do not include any dashes or spaces. Click on “Check Status”. View the scan history and status information of your package.
Go to the USPS Tracking page and enter the USPS tracking number on the mailing label or receipt. You should be able to view the history and current location of your USPS package.
Why can't I track my DPD order?
The sender of your parcel may not have enabled DPD's Predict service. In this case, request the parcel number from your sender. You can then get information about your parcel in various ways via the parcel number on the receiving parcels page of dpd.nl.
Do you have to pay for the DPD app?

Is there a fake DPD text?

Will DPD deliver without a signature?
Your driver is required to hand over the parcel at the point of delivery, unless we have your permission to leave the parcel somewhere safe. Do DPD always leave cards?
If you're not at home to collect a DPD delivery DPD will leave a card, telling you they tried to deliver. Please call the number on the card to arrange a convenient time for your order to be delivered. If you don't call DPD, they'll try to deliver your order on the next working day.
The delivery times vary each day from around 8am to 6pm. Drivers in other countries all deliver from Monday to Friday.
What happens if I miss my DPD delivery twice?
DPD will attempt to deliver twice. If you miss both attempts and don't contact them to rearrange your delivery, your parcel will either go to nearest pick up location or be taken back to the depot where it will be held for 3 days before returned to our warehouse.
