How it works
The Collect+ delivered by Yodel Send service has changed its name and its home to Yodel Direct. You'll still be able to send your parcels from your favourite store and select from the thousands of conveniently located Collect+ delivered by Yodel Points for your recipient to collect from…or deliver direct to the door.
Is Tesco CollectPlus?
What shops provide a CollectPlus service? Local stores such as Tesco Express, the Co-Operative, McColl's and Londis (not all branches may participate, you'll need to check using the Store Locator).

Do shops get paid for Collect Plus?
The Collect+ network allows people to pick up and drop off their online shopping at over 10,000 stores across the UK. Joining the network will bring new customers into your store, drive up footfall and spend – and we pay commission for every parcel handled.
We partner with over 90 online retailers to offer Click & Collect to a Yodel serviced Collect+ delivered by Yodel store near to where you live, work or study. Choose the Collect+ delivered by Yodel option in checkout and you will receive a notification code via text message or email when your order has arrived.
Can you return parcels at Tesco?
Local lockers can be found online but its expansion with Tesco means shoppers can return their parcel while grocery shopping. The national roll out will include both delivery and collection services. The service, which is 24/7, is being rolled out at larger Tesco stores across the country.30-Sept-2021
Please return the item with your proof of purchase to a store, preferably the one you purchased it from. If you purchased the item from a Tesco Express, it can be returned to any Tesco store. Purchases from our larger Tesco stores (Extras and Superstores) can also be returned to any stores except Tesco Express stores.

What is Aldi CollectPlus?
Once you've dropped your parcel off at one of our thousands of Collect+ delivered by Yodel locations serviced by Yodel, with the returns label attached and all original delivery details removed, we'll get your item(s) back to Aldi in around 3-5 days.
The return of your parcel via Yodel or Collect+ returns will take no more than a couple of days but the sender will have their own process in terms of replacements, refunds or otherwise. These can take longer and you'll need to speak to the sender to understand their timescales.
