It's really simple to return your George at Asda order via Collect+ delivered by Yodel. Just print a Collect+ delivered by Yodel returns label, attach it to your parcel (covering any existing delivery information) and drop it off at one of thousands locations nationwide. How do I return Collect Plus without a printer?
No, you don't need to have a printer to return a parcel with Collect+ delivered by Yodel. We now offer Print in Store for our Return service parcels, just select the Print in Store option when creating a Return parcel label. Of course, you can still print your own label if you choose.

Can I return collect plus at post office?
Any items purchased online can be returned to OFFICE'S UK returns address via Collect+ delivered by Yodel, through the post or in person at one of their UK high street stores within 28 days of delivery.

You'll still be able to send your parcels from your favourite store and select from the thousands of conveniently located Collect+ delivered by Yodel Points for your recipient to collect from…or deliver direct to the door.

Do you need ID for CollectPlus?
Bring your phone with you to show the unique 7-digit barcode from your text message or email as proof of purchase, or print out the email confirming your order is ready for pickup. You'll also need your ID. Collect+ accept the following forms of ID: Cheque guarantee / Credit / Debit Card.
