How do I schedule a TNT pickup?
If you're exporting a shipment that will be paid for by a receiver with a TNT account number, you can book the shipment right away. Simply fill out the form below and click 'Create pickup request' at the bottom of the page. We'll then provide you with your shipping instructions, labels and booking number.

How do I book a TNT shipment?
TNT has reinstated door to door pickup and delivery services to select postal codes across key cities in India for both domestic and international services. Prior to finalizing your shipment, please write to customerservice.in@tnt.com to know if the postal code in India is currently serviceable.

Will TNT pick up from a residential address?
Residential Pick-up and Delivery Fee. All TNT bookings picked up from, or delivered to residential addresses will incur an additional fee, charged per consignment based on its chargeable cubic weight.
However, you can only access TNT services by calling TNT customer service. I am a TNT customer and have a TNT package I would like to ship, but the TNT facility that I usually take these TNT shipments to is closed. Where can these be dropped off? FedEx can temporarily accept your TNT shipment.
What happens if I miss a delivery TNT?
