What happens if I miss my TNT delivery?
Yes. If you have received a "we missed you" card from our driver, please use the Re-delivery Service to reschedule delivery or arrange to pick up your pracel from our depot.
You cannot collect from the TNT depot unless special circumstances. They do not disclose the address. You have to get through on the phone then they request permission on your behalf then if approved, the depot will email you after inch saying you must collect that evening.22-Nov-2021

TNT deliveries are made are made during working hours on working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. TNT make three delivery attempts as standard. Although a signature is obtained for the majority of deliveries, TNT couriers can leave your parcel in a safe place such as in a porch or with a neighbour.
What time does TNT deliver until?
Our delivery hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and Saturday 9am to 6pm. We cannot give specific time slots for deliveries. If you are not in, we will leave a 'Sorry we missed you' card. This card tells you how to arrange redelivery or where you can collect your document.
If you're exporting a shipment that will be paid for by a receiver with a TNT account number, you can book the shipment right away.
