What if my delivery day is on a public holiday? As is the case now, mail will not be delivered on public holidays. If your standard mail was due to be delivered on a public holiday, it will be delivered on the next working day assigned for your street.

What do I do if my parcel hasn't arrived?

Why is NZ Post so slow?
The spread of COVID-19 globally has led to reduced airfreight capacity and more recently, stricter lockdown restrictions within certain countries, causing delays to parcels coming in and out of New Zealand. We expect delays to continue for some time. Thanks for your patience.
We define a business day as a standard weekday - Monday to Friday (not including public holidays). We can still deliver on Saturdays but the sender of the parcel will need to apply an additional ticket to the parcel for this service.17-Feb-2021
How do I find out when my mail is coming?
Go to informeddelivery.usps.com. Select “Sign Up For Free.” Enter your address to determine if it is eligible for Informed Delivery. If your address is not eligible, you may still create an account so you may use USPS Click-N-Ship® or Postal Store by following the prompts.

“Reliable Company” Soooo much better than fastway/aramex. I send on average 5-15 parcels a week, parcels that are auckland-auckland are always delivered the next day after pick up and I have never had a problem with a parcel with courier post.
