How do I track my APC package?
To track your parcel, you need to use your APC Direct order number. If you are unsure of your order number then please go to the "My Account area", log in (or register with us if you haven't already) and then click on the “My Orders” tab to find your APC number. This number can also be found on your confirmation email.
Standard Next day services: All standard deliveries are expected to be delivered the next working day, delivery can take place any time up until 5.00PM.

A Saturday morning service is available to most areas, which is again arranged by the sender of the goods. We use APC courier service for the majority of parcels sent in the UK, view our guidance notes on the APC courier service. You can also now select to use DPD for your deliveries, who provide a one hour time slot for deliveries to UK Mainland via email or text message.

What is the difference between Parcel Force and Royal Mail?
In 1990 Royal Mail Parcels was rebranded to Parcelforce, along with a massive investment in IT and infrastructure with the introduction of online tracking and the construction our National and International sorting hubs. Then in 1998 the business was rebranded to Parcelforce Worldwide.
Our International service is a worldwide air and European road parcel service brought to you by APC in partnership with Air Menzies International. Our international partnership means you have only one company to deal with for all of your UK and Worldwide parcel deliveries.
How do I track an international parcel?
Track India Post International courier here. Just Enter your Tracking Number. We will return full status of your Parcel. Tracking status will be displayed including the Pickup date & time to Delivery date & time.

Will APC leave with a Neighbour?
You can leave your parcel with a neighbour on the condition that the neighbour is a nearby address with the same postcode. We would also recommend that you leave a note at your property to advise the driver of the location of the parcel.

Do Paisley freight deliver on Saturdays?
