Can I get a refund from Parcelforce?
If you no longer need to send your parcel, you can cancel your order and request a refund. Please note that to be eligible for a refund you must: Be the contract holder with Parcelforce Worldwide. Have booked the delivery within the last 28 days.

After an initial attempted delivery, we will automatically attempt redelivery on the next working day if we haven't left your item at your local Post Office or with a neighbour. You can arrange an alternative redelivery or pick up below.
Is Parcelforce better than Royal Mail?

How long is Parcelforce delivery?
Please note: That we deliver Monday to Friday 7am to 5.30pm and Saturday 7am to 2pm. We currently cannot give specific times for deliveries. We will attempt to deliver a maximum of 3 times, after which you will need to collect your parcel from the depot.

Are DHL and Parcelforce the same?

Deliveries to UK recipients in UK zones 1-3 are usually made between 7:00am and 6:00pm Monday to Friday, depending on the service selected. A Saturday service is available to the majority of UK destinations for an additional fee of £12 per consignment. Deliveries are typically between 7:00am and 1:00pm.
Do Parcelforce send emails about delivery?
We send an email or text to your customers to tell them when we plan to deliver their parcel. If this is not convenient, they can instruct us to deliver on a different day or to a different address (a neighbour or a post office).
Where are Parcelforce parcels undelivered?
When no one is available to accept the item, we will try and deliver the parcel to a neighbour, or to a local Post Office branch, where it will be held for 16 days. A card will be left informing the recipient of the attempted delivery and where the parcel can be collected from.
We will always attempt redelivery of a parcel twice, with the second attempt being the following working day (unless otherwise stated on the card left by our driver). If redelivery has been rearranged by the recipient this scan may appear on the website.
What is attempt unsuccessful delivery?
A failed delivery attempt means that the driver tried to drop off the package at its designated address and was unable to do so. If a delivery attempt is made and fails, this may occur for a number of reasons: The item came in a package which would not fit in the available mailbox receptacle.
