TNT Express is unable to deliver to PO Boxes, Mail Service points and some remote locations - for these destinations we use Australia Post. DHL Express offers priority delivery nationwide, serving major State and Territory cities and surrounding areas within 2 business days.

How many times will TNT attempt delivery?
TNT deliveries are made are made during working hours on working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. TNT make three delivery attempts as standard.

Yes. If you have received a "we missed you" card from our driver, please use the Re-delivery Service to reschedule delivery or arrange to pick up your pracel from our depot.

All our Watches are sent with TNT - All deliveries must be signed for and tracking number will be emailed to Customers when packages are sent.
Can I pick up passport from TNT depot?
You cannot collect from the TNT depot unless special circumstances. They do not disclose the address. You have to get through on the phone then they request permission on your behalf then if approved, the depot will email you after inch saying you must collect that evening.22-Nov-2021
Anyone who lives at the same address as you can pick up your package. They'll need the tracking number and a government-issued photo ID that proves they live at the same address as the one on the package label. They can also use an alternative ID to prove they live with you.
