In general, it will take 30 days once it departs the CN port to arrive in the US, and then 5-7 business days to arrive to you via USPS once it has cleared customs. During the 30 day period, it is normal for tracking to not update since your order is currently in transit by freight.

The concept artist hands off the pantone color guide and turnaround files to our 3D modeling team.
