How does Click and Collect Work Australia Post?
Pick up from a Post Office You'll get an email when your parcel arrives, and SMS if requested. If you've got the Australia Post app, we'll also send an alert to your mobile. Just bring your photo ID like a driver's licence, and collect from the Post Office within 10 business days.
Once we've left your item at the selected location we'll send you an SMS or email notification confirming your item is ready to collect. You can pick up your item on a day that suits you. You can check the opening times for the location you selected on Services near you. We'll hold items for 18 days.
Can I pick up a package for someone else Auspost?
For items NOT requiring your personal signature, you are able to authorise collection on your behalf. The person you have authorised to collect this item ('agent') must present the following: • the collection notification, • a completed copy of this authorisation and • a valid photo identification.

Can I take click and drop to any Post Office?
