How does DPD Pickup shop work?
DPD Pickup allows you to have your parcel delivered to your local DPD Pickup shop (2,500 shops). You'll be notified by email & SMS when your parcel is ready to collect, and you'll have up to 7 days to collect at a time to suit you. Select the DPD Pickup option in the checkout.

Where can I leave my DPD parcel?
We can leave your parcel somewhere safe at the delivery address, deliver it to your neighbour, drop it off at your local shop or change the delivery date provided the sender has not instructed us to get a signature. Enter your reference number and postcode on this page to see your options.
DPD parcel collection puts the delivery process in your hands. You can choose where our couriers collect your parcel from, as well as the day. We will even advise you in advance of the one hour collection timeslot, so you can plan the rest of your day without waiting around for us.
What do you need for DPD Pickup?
Choose from one of our 2,500 local Pickup shops and we'll have your parcel ready for you by midday tomorrow. You'll need to be bring 2 pieces of ID, photo ID and ID with your address on it, such as a utility bill. Enter your reference number here for your options.
The time your parcel will be collected will depend on which service you've booked and with which carrier, but most of the collected courier services we offer are collected Monday-Friday, 8 am to 6 pm, excluding bank holidays and public holidays.
