How does InPost locker work?
For InPost, you simply take your parcel to any InPost locker and use the touchscreen to click 'Send a parcel', you then need to follow the on-screen instructions. Please note: You must book your order and print a label before you take it to the locker. You can find your nearest local InPost locker here.
Place the package in the Parcel Locker o to any Parcel Locker. Use the device's scanner to scan the barcode from the label and the locker will open automatically. Place the parcel in the locker, close it and you're done – the package has been sent! Confirm the shipment on the Parcel Locker screen.

InPost Parcel Lockers are a system of postal deposit boxes, which can be used to collect packages 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - conveniently, along the way, at a convenient time. Parcel Lockers are usually located in easily accessible places: near shops and gas stations.
How does Hermes InPost locker work?
When you get to the locker just select “send a parcel”, scan or enter the barcode on the label and a locker box will open for you to put your parcel in. Put your parcel in the box, close the door and we'll take care of the rest! If you drop your parcel off at the locker before 12 noon it'll be collected the same day.
About InPost Parcels can be dropped off in secure and accessible lockers any time of day, seven days a week. The parcel is then picked up by the courier and delivered to the recipient's doorstep, within a 48Hr delivery window.

How do InPost lockers work with QR code?
All you have to do is select the parcel pickup option on the Parcel Locker screen and then bring the phone screen with the received QR code closer to the reader. The locker will open and you can retrieve the parcel!
Shipping a package directly to a parcel locker is normally not an option as the courier always requires a delivery address. However, if your area is served by a parcel locker, and if no one will be present at the address during the delivery, the courier will most likely leave your goods at the parcel locker.
What happens if InPost lose your parcel?
If a shipment is lost, the Customer may file a complaint by phone or by completing the complaint form. The Complaint Department will respond immediately to every customer request and provide an answer.
Each locker has three different sized compartments for you to choose from: Small: 8cm x 38 cm x 64 cm. Medium: 19cm x 38cm x 64cm. Large: 41cm x 38cm x 64cm.
How long are InPost labels valid for?
According to the Terms and Conditions, a generated label is valid for 30 days.
