How does Intelcom return pickup work?
If your return request comes through our system before 6 p.m., the driver will pick up your return the next day. If it comes through after 6 p.m., the driver will come two days later. We can't set a specific timeframe to pick up your return.

Does Intelcom require signature?
If the consignee is present at the time of delivery, signature will be collected even if not required. Packages that do no require a signature will be drop in a secure area at the consignee address location, a picture of the drop off place will be sent in the delivered email notification.
