If you have missed your parcel delivery, we will attempt to deliver it again the next day. In some cases where a signature is not required when receiving the parcel, it will be left in a safe delivery location which will be advised on the calling card.
Does fastway deliver internationally?
Fastway prides itself on being a domestic courier specialist. We provide metropolitan, short-haul and national freight distribution in key locations around South Africa. Unfortunately, we don't offer international freight service.

Can I collect my parcel from Fastway?
Generally this is no problem. Please track your parcel online and ensure that the parcel is in the depot. Be sure to check your depot collection opening times and bring Photo ID and proof of adress to collect your parcel.
Fastway deliver between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Please enter a daytime or mobile phone number when ordering in case the driver needs it. Eircodes help the drivers enormously, especially in rural locations.
Do Fastway Couriers need a signature?
For domestic and UK deliveries we use Fastway Couriers, a fully trackable courier service operating within Ireland and the UK. This service requires a signature upon delivery.
The courier companies attempt delivery on the same address at least twice. However, instead of them attempting delivery again and missing you, it'll be advisable to let the courier company know of a suitable time and date when you'll be present at the delivery address and have them attempt delivery again.30-Jul-2018

Why can't I track my fastway parcel?
Your parcel is scanned at each stage of it's journey to you. You must have a Fastway Tracking number provided by your supplier to track your parcel. We cannot track parcels based on Names, Addresses or phone numbers. If you don't have a tracking number please contact your supplier.11-Feb-2021

How does Fastway courier work?
Each Courier Franchisee operates within its own territory, picking up and delivering parcels exclusively within that area. At pre-determined times during the day, all Courier Franchisees return to a secure Regional Franchise depot or hub, to sort and exchange freight.
The shipping status “In Transit” indicates that the courier company has picked up the package and your shipment is now on its way to arriving at the shipping address. This does not mean the shipment is en route to its final destination in a plane or delivery truck.22-Feb-2022
