If you've ordered a pay as you go phone or device, or an EE SIM, your order should arrive within 48 hours.
DPD delivery takes 1-2 working days for UK deliveries and as little as 2-4 working days for international destinations*, such as the USA.

What happens if DPD is late?

Does EE have next day delivery?
We aim to make contact within 24 hours of the order being placed.
