How do I track my PDP?

The Client must notify the Carrier of any claim for late delivery, in writing or by telephone, within 14 calendar days of the shipment date providing Dawn Wing with the account number (if applicable), the Waybill number, the date of shipment and full delivery details.

What should I do if I miss my delivery?
The courier companies attempt delivery on the same address at least twice. How many attempts are made to deliver a parcel? The driver will make one delivery attempt. You're not there? The driver will try to deliver your parcel to your neighbour or at a Pickup parcelshop, so that you may receive your parcel as soon as possible but not later than 7 days.
Will DPD deliver without a signature?
Your driver is required to hand over the parcel at the point of delivery, unless we have your permission to leave the parcel somewhere safe. The parcel sender is expecting a signature as proof of delivery, instead of a signature, our driver takes a photo of the parcel in the doorway to prove it was handed over.
The driver may call the contact number to assist with the collection. Unfortunately, not all drivers carry phones for health and safety reasons - as such a call is not guaranteed.
What happens if I miss DPD twice?
DPD will attempt to deliver twice. If you miss both attempts and don't contact them to rearrange your delivery, your parcel will either go to nearest pick up location or be taken back to the depot where it will be held for 3 days before returned to our warehouse.
If you are sent a product that is faulty or not what you wanted, send it back by DPD.
Can DPD deliver at night?
The delivery times vary each day from around 8am to 6pm. Drivers in other countries all deliver from Monday to Friday.
