How many attempts will DPD make?
If you are sending a parcel to a business address, the driver will attempt to deliver the parcel a maximum of three times.
Of course, with DPD you can change the collection date as long as no attempt to collect has already been made. For this, all you need to do is get in touch via the help centre. In general, collection requests should be made 24 hours in advance.
Can you arrange DPD collection?
No problem, there are plenty of options for you to choose from. You can change the delivery date, arrange to leave your parcel somewhere safe at the delivery address, deliver it to your neighbour or drop it off at your local shop.
The driver will do everything they can to get your attention when you're at home, but sometimes you'll still miss each other. Do DPD collect on weekends?

The time your parcel will be collected will depend on which service you've booked and with which carrier, but most of the collected courier services we offer are collected Monday-Friday, 8 am to 6 pm, excluding bank holidays and public holidays.
Do I have to be in for a DPD collection?
DPD parcel collection puts the delivery process in your hands. You can choose where our couriers collect your parcel from, as well as the day. We will even advise you in advance of the one hour collection timeslot, so you can plan the rest of your day without waiting around for us.

What happens to delivery if not home?
