The Copart Transportation Mobile App makes it easier for tow providers to pick up vehicles with Copart. It notifies you of and tracks trips from assignment to completion. The newest version of the app provides a streamlined process that allows drivers to save time, and pickup more cars.

Can I drive my car from Copart?
No Driving Away Vehicles must be loaded onto another vehicle or towed with professional towing equipment or a solid tow bar and cannot be driven out of our Operations Centres, regardless of their condition.
Check where your vehicles are at in the shipping process. After you request the delivery, the tracking information will be provided by one of the carriers with whom we are associated to send your vehicles. Once you know the name of the company and the tracking number, select the company from the following list.
What happens if you win a car on Copart and don't pay?
What happens if I won a lot and need to cancel it? If you win a lot and don't finalize the purchase (meaning, the lot is not paid in full within 8 calendar days including the day of sale) the Lot will Relist. The Relist fee will be 10% of the final sale price OR $600 – whichever is higher.

Copart's inventory is mainly composed of wrecked cars from insurance companies, but we also have some consumers who sell their clean title vehicles through us as well. You can find boats or power sports vehicles like jet skis at Copart too!

What does pure sale mean on Copart?

A Basic Member may request a refund of any unapplied security deposit online by visiting the Account Information page of Copart's websites. All refunds are subject to confirmation that the security deposit is not applicable to any open bids or unpaid charges.
