Is NZ Post and NZ Couriers the same?
ParcelPost Standard and Parcel Post Tracked are now 'Economy', a tracked service. CourierPost products and services have been renamed 'Courier' and 'Courier Economy'. Can I pick a package up from NZ Post?
There are hundreds of Collect my Parcel locations around New Zealand. Locations include participating NZ Post stores, Countdown stores, and Z Energy stations. To find one near you, Find NZ Post and filter by 'Collect my Parcel'.
It includes around 1.8 million delivery addresses and is an electronic file of data which can be licensed directly from NZ Post. Having an 80% accuracy rate for your customer addresses means NZ Post can deliver your mail efficiently and accurately.
Why is NZ Post so slow?

What do I do if my parcel has not been delivered?
When a parcel cannot be delivered it will be held in storage at the carrier facilities. If the shipment is held in storage, you, the sender, will have to make the arrangements for the re-delivery within 24 hours.
