When you book Parcelforce Express 48 with Parcel Monkey, you will be able to track your parcel throughout the delivery, the same as you would if you booked through the Post Office.

Collections are usually made between 7:00am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday, depending on the service selected. Saturday deliveries can only be booked for express9, 10, AM, 24 and 48 services.

To ensure the safe delivery of your parcel, we need a signature to confirm successful delivery. If there is nobody to receive the parcel, the driver will either attempt delivery to a neighbour or take your parcel to be securely held at the local Post Office or depot.

If you want to collect your parcel from one of our depots then please visit the depot locator locator for the address, directions and opening times. Your parcel will be ready for collection from the next working day.
Missed a parcel delivery? After an initial attempted delivery, we will automatically attempt redelivery on the next working day if we haven't left your item at your local Post Office or with a neighbour. You can arrange an alternative redelivery or pick up below.

Can I drop large Parcelforce at Post Office?
Parcel sending options You can send large parcels on our two day large parcel service via selected local Post Office® branches. Please download the list to check for availability local to you. Please note you cannot organise a large parcel drop off at a Post Office® branch online.

What does other 48h courier mean?

Who delivers Parcelforce?

Deliveries on a Saturday are between 7am and 2pm. However, if the sender has not chosen the Saturday delivery service, then we will deliver your parcel on Monday (except for Bank Holidays / Public Holidays).
Do Parcelforce give time slots?
You and your customers can track the progress of a parcels journey using the handy street map which shows the proximity of the parcel to the delivery address. Customers are also given a one hour time slot and the name of the delivery driver keeping them informed and up to date.
