How do I use the DPD app?
The delivery times vary each day from around 8am to 6pm. Drivers in other countries all deliver from Monday to Friday.
What is DPD Local next day delivery?
DPD not only offer an affordable next day courier service, we also offer guaranteed delivery by 10:30 am next day (12 pm on Saturdays), giving you even more options and peace of mind that your delivery will arrive when the recipient is in.
DPD Local began life in the UK in 1979 as a motorcycle courier, becoming an overnight parcels carrier in 1981. We became a wholly owned subsidiary of Mayne Nickless in 1991, and since 2000 have been wholly owned by La Poste.

If you want to know where your DPD parcel is you can monitor it with Track & Trace. Use your 14-digit parcel number or your reference number for this. Have your plans changed? Then you can easily adjust the delivery online.
Can DPD collect my parcel?
DPD parcel collection puts the delivery process in your hands. You can choose where our couriers collect your parcel from, as well as the day. We will even advise you in advance of the one hour collection timeslot, so you can plan the rest of your day without waiting around for us.

How do I know my DPD is complete?
Once submitted, you will see a summary screen that should show your DPD as complete, incomplete or confirmation required at check-in. Complete indicates that you meet Covid-19 health requirements for travel, although the airline will make the final decision to let you board your flight.18-Feb-2022
No one has to complete an Australian Digital Passenger Declaration at present. The health form has been discontinued and is no longer required. Passengers do not have to declare their vaccination status on the DPD any more. Anyone can now travel to Australia, provided they meet the entry requirements.
How many times do DPD try to deliver?
How many attempts are made to deliver a parcel? The driver will make one delivery attempt. You're not there? The driver will try to deliver your parcel to your neighbour or at a Pickup parcelshop, so that you may receive your parcel as soon as possible but not later than 7 days.
DPD will send delivery updates by text. You'll get a text: the day before the delivery, including tracking information and an the option to rearrange. on the morning of the delivery - you'll get a one-hour scheduled delivery time (e.g. between 12.24 and 13.24) and the name of the DPD driver.
Does DPD local deliver on Saturdays?
Do DPD deliver on Saturdays? Yes. Once you book your delivery on the day before (Friday), you have several Saturday delivery service options to choose from.
