Unreliable - every time. Despite full delivery details on my account and on their app, Yodel nearly always say they can't find my address first attempt. I then have to tell them the details again via their chat and they will deliver again a few days later.

All you have to do to send your parcel via the Yodel network is book your parcel delivery online, selecting whether you would like to send a parcel direct to your recipient's door or to their nearest Yodel Direct store, then drop your parcel off at a convenient Yodel Direct store at a time that suits you.

The English word yodel is derived from the German (and originally Austro-Bavarian) word jodeln, meaning "to utter the syllable jo" (pronounced "yo" in English). This vocal technique is used in many cultures worldwide.
